PLANNING FOR SUCCESS

So often time is spent on what is happening right now rather than actions that will take us to where we really want to be.  This then turns our lives into a series of stress filled days.

This can be overcome by identifying

  • the outcome wanted,
  • why this outcome is wanted, and
  • the gap between the starting and end points

and then creating a clear map that shows

  • the major milestones, and
  • the steps in between

But for many people a clear map is not always enough.

To overcome this problem, I work with my clients to identify

  • what went better than expected and how this can be capitalised on,
  • what didn’t happen and why, and
  • what action is required to get back on track and moving forward
