ABOUT TRACY

My forte is to be able to see the big picture and all the little things that have to be done to make a goal come into being. However, I didn't always realise this.

When I was growing up the message I received was education, or what I did for a job, didn't matter because I would get married and stay home for the rest of my life. I didn't question that, but I was always looking for something more.

In a confused way I came to the conclusion that being a Manager would bring me this “something more", and through my management and marketing studies, I discovered a passion for business.

But the resultant expert and senior management roles I held in different industries and government departments often left me puzzled as to why if by some chance the organisation had a clearly stated end goal the bottom up goals never seemed to align to this or why management seemed to believe making a decision would lead to a change in staff day-to-day behaviours.

This in turn lead me on a journey to understand what is required to actually achieve our goals; whether they are personal or business. For example

  • What part are the stories from our upbringing playing, consciously or unconsciously?
  • What about our responses to our experiences?
  • What about where there seems no obvious reason for sabotaging ourselves?

And finally my journey has lead me to this point where I have two sides to my business so I can support

  • as many people as possible to achieve their goals, and
  • a strong Legal Aid system in New Zealand as those who provide legal representation via this scheme stay in the system because they can eliminate the stress often associated with the administrative requirements.
